Subscription

The service is offered on prepaid subscription periods from one month up to twelve months. Pricing and discounts are shown before payment.

Access

Access is provided for the active subscription period and is subject to account, security and acceptable-use requirements.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for authorised user access, accuracy of submitted information, lawful use and their own SHEQ decisions and statutory obligations.

Availability and changes

The service may be updated, improved or maintained from time to time. Enterprise service levels, support commitments and data retention should be covered by the signed customer agreement.

Renewal and cancellation

Define your renewal, cancellation, refund and suspension rules here before launch. The starter website does not assume automatic renewal.
